• CashApp or Zelle, when you choose to send your deposit through them (their own privacy policies apply).
• Professional advisers (e.g. accountants) when needed.

How long we keep it

We keep booking details for up to 2 years after your last appointment, then delete or anonymise them.

We use encrypted connections and restrict access to booking information to the owner only.
