These terms are an agreement between you and Lachicanailz ("we", "us"), the nail artist operating this website. By using this site or booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

Our service

We provide in-person nail services (extensions, manicures and nail art). This site lets you view our work, choose a service and time, and pay a $5 deposit that secures your appointment and is applied toward your total.

Payments

Deposits are paid directly to Lachicanailz by CashApp, Zelle or cash. The remaining balance is paid in person at your appointment. See our Refund Policy for deposit and rescheduling terms.

Your information

You agree to give accurate contact details and to be 18 or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful use, fraud, fake bookings or spam.
• No copying our photos, branding or designs without permission.
• No interfering with the site's security (malware, probing, scraping).

Ownership

All photos, designs, text and branding on this site belong to Lachicanailz.

No guarantee

We do our best to keep the site working, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free.

Suspension

We may cancel bookings or block access for breaking these terms, non-payment, fraud or security risks, or repeated policy violations.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, and we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law doesn't allow it.
